What shipping methods are available?

We make all our shipments freight prepaid by UPS as long as the purchase amount is equal to or greater than 300€ . Otherwise the freight would be included in the invoice and we would send the same way by UPS.

Are there international shipments?

Yes. We ship worldwide, particularly for shipments outside the EU, contact us at atelier@luxotica.es or call us at + 34 96 373 49 94 since, due to the particularity of our skins, we have to send all the documentation prior to export such as CITES and / or any other necessary documentation.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Shipments within Spain take from 1 to a maximum of 2 days, shipments to the EU from 1 to a maximum of 4 days while international shipments will be further specified depending on the country to which they are sent.

What methods of payment are available?

Credit or debit card payments are accepted.

Is it safe to buy online?

All transactions made on this website are through the bank gateway, at no time do we access or store the data of the card used. We use a SHA-256 encryption system that allows the connections between the web and the payment platform to be encrypted.

How do I order?

How can I cancel or change my order?

You have 24 hours to contact us for any exchange or return, otherwise the company is not responsible for the costs of return.

Do I need an account to order?

You can register in our website to access the order history but it is not necessary, you can buy without registering.

How can I track my order?

In case you need to follow your order up, you can contact us and we will immediately send you a follow-up link from the transport company.

How can I return a product?

Products can be returned as long as they are not personalized. To proceed with the return you must write an email to atelier@luxotica.es with the order number. The return costs will be responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
