All shipping times are estimated and start counting from when they leave our warehouses.

The orders are shipped worldwide. Shipments outside the European Union require customs clearance to exit and enter the country of purchase, so we will contact you to manage all the necessary steps.

The availability of the products will be clearly indicated on the web and the closing of the purchase will not be possible with a product that is not in stock at that time if the opposite is not indicated on the product.

In shipments to Spain and the European Union, the customer will have 48 hours from delivery to check the integrity of the order and all the components it includes. After these 48 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damages caused in the transport will not be accepted, in the case of shipments outside the European Union, shipments will be C + F so the shipping insurance will be borne by the buyer .

Returns will not be accepted for personalized products since they are made to measure for the customer.

In shipments to Spain or the European Union, an order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer or in the case of shipments outside of Spain or the European Union when the arrival of the package at the airport is justified by any means of arrival.

Shipping costs will be free from 350 € order.

For shipments to Spain or the European Union, in case of receiving a product damaged by transport, contact within the first 48 hours through atelier@luxotica.es indicating the order number and the problem. In the same way, it is advisable to contact the transport company to record the incident (UPS ESPAÑA TEL. +34 91 745 64 00).
